Ye cannot Behold...

I have been doing a lot of thinking about D&C 58 3-4

It is a scripture that brought me much peace as a missionary, 

I was faced with illness, and the thought of having to go home one 

transfer earlier than I had planned was heart-breaking. 

One night when I couldn't sleep I opened my scriptures

and this is the scripture that spoke to my broken-heart. 

I came to realize that Heavenly Father knows better than I do. 

He sees, when my natural eyes are unable to give me the sight I need. 

Looking back I see everything that needed to happen in the 6 weeks 

that I came home early. I was able to be in the right place at the right time 

to meet Tyler, at a time in both of our lives when we were prepared to 

get married. It still amazes me how perfectly things fell into place. 

The "Glory" I was crowned with at that time was the New and Everlasting

Covenant of Marriage. And what glory it has been. 

We are again brought to a place in our lives that we cannot behold 

with our natural eyes at the present time the design of our God concerning the things

which shall come here after. So many changes and so much doubt and fear

about what the future has in store for us. But I am brought back to the peace and

joy and comfort that I know that Heavenly Father loves us and he has a plan. 

I designed this to hang on our wall as a constant reminder of our Fathers love.
